Terms of use

The terms governing access to and use of the Guest App.

Purpose and access

The Guest App supports an existing stay and is not an accommodation booking platform.

Access is reserved for travellers covered by a booking and for people authorised by La 21ème Planche. Access may be time-limited, suspended or withdrawn when necessary to protect users, data or the service.

User responsibilities

  • provide accurate information and keep access details secure;
  • never attempt to access another traveller’s stay;
  • never use the service fraudulently or disrupt its operation;
  • use messaging and other features only in connection with the stay.

Availability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or third-party outages. La 21ème Planche takes reasonable steps to maintain continuity but does not guarantee permanent availability.
