These terms apply to products, extras and additional services offered in the Guest App. They do not govern accommodation bookings.

The customer can review the description, price and conditions of an item before confirming an order.

An order becomes binding after confirmation and successful payment where payment is required. Prices are shown in euros, including applicable taxes.

Availability and fulfilment may depend on the stay dates, the accommodation, opening hours and operational capacity.

Cancellation, amendment and refund rights depend on the nature of the product or service and on any specific conditions shown before purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
