SARL La 21ème Planche is the data controller for processing carried out through the Guest App.

Data is used to identify a stay, prepare arrivals and departures, manage messages, requests, orders and payments, provide support, secure the service and meet legal obligations.

Data is shared only with authorised staff and service providers where necessary to deliver the service. It is retained only for the time required by operational, contractual and legal obligations.

Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing.
