Complaints will first be reviewed with the aim of reaching an amicable solution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, a consumer may use the competent consumer mediation service free of charge, in accordance with French consumer law. Current mediator details are available from La 21ème Planche on request.

These pages are governed by French law. The competent courts are determined in accordance with applicable French rules.
