Rules applying to messages exchanged through the Guest App.

Purpose
Messaging is intended for practical communication relating to a stay, request or order. It is not an emergency service.
Acceptable use
- send accurate and relevant information;
- do not send unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content;
- do not share unnecessary sensitive information;
- use the emergency services where immediate assistance is required.
