Payment information

Online payments are processed by Stripe. La 21ème Planche does not store complete payment card details.

A payment is confirmed only after successful authorisation by the payment provider.

Where a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
